Nutrition Bags

These EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) bags come in various capacities and are used for forced parenteral feeding of patients. They can have filling/emptying tubes made of coextruded EVA-PUR or DEHP-FREE EVA-PVC.
The bags can be supplied with the respective components for filling by gravity or compounding, emptying, and an injection point for the addition of extemporaneous medications. All bags are pressure tested to prevent leaks and drug drips.

The bag comes in various capacities:

• from 150 ml to 1000 ml for pediatric patients
• from 2000 ml to 5000 ml. For adult patients.

Usually supplied:

• Simple bag
• Bag with filling set
• Double-compartment bag, typically for lipids, to prevent drug fermentation
• Amber bag for photosensitive drugs, also complete with filling set (also photosensitive)
